These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you visit vivagreenfields.com, request a quote, or otherwise deal with Viva GreenFields through this Website. Together with our Privacy Policy they form a binding agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or send an enquiry.
Submitting a form, tapping WhatsApp, or continuing to browse after the last-updated date is acceptance of these Terms.

We supply wholesale lots of pulses, grains, spices, turmeric, edible nuts, oil seeds, organic lines and papad / fryums to traders, distributors, processors and exporters. This Website is not a retail shop and does not complete checkout or collect card payments.
When you send a product or contact enquiry you ask us to consider a possible supply. A quote we send (email, WhatsApp or phone) is an invitation to treat unless we state in writing that it is a firm offer with a validity time.
A contract is formed only when both sides confirm in writing (including WhatsApp or email) the commodity, grade, quantity, packing, rate, tax, loading point, payment and dispatch window. Until then either side may decline.
We aim to respond within 24 hours on working days. Delay in reply is not a commitment to supply.
Minimum lots are wholesale (trial bag up to truckload as agreed). We do not sell consumer retail packets from this desk.
Samples or lot photos may be offered. If you approve a sample or photo, that sets the quality reference for the bulk, subject to normal agri variation (moisture, count, appearance) stated in the confirmation. Rejection, if any, must follow the window written in that confirmation. Silent substitution of grade by us is not permitted; silent change of destination or packing by you after booking is not permitted without a fresh confirmation.
Payment terms (advance, part-advance, or other) are those in the written confirmation. Bank details are issued only on our invoice or letterhead. GST extra as applicable. You must give a valid GSTIN if you require a tax invoice in your firm’s name.
Title in goods passes as stated in the confirmation (typically on full payment or as otherwise agreed). We are not a bank or escrow.
Dispatch is arranged through transporters we or you nominate. Transit risk follows the Incoterms or loading terms in the confirmation (for example ex-godown vs. delivered). Delay due to weather, strike, vehicle shortage, mandi halt or force majeure is not a default if we keep you informed and complete as soon as reasonably possible.
The Viva GreenFields name, logo, layout, copy and original photographs are our property. See Copyright & image credits. You may not copy the site design or images onto another commercial site without written permission.
The Website is provided as a trade-desk brochure and enquiry channel. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on an outdated indicative rate, from your mistyped quantity or destination, or from third-party sites (including WhatsApp). For a booked lot, our liability is limited to the invoice value of that lot, except where Indian law does not allow a limit (for example proven fraud).
You will indemnify us against claims arising from false information you submit or from unlawful use of the Website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer or MSME forum that the law may still give you.
